This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all transactions made through AmitJiTech.shop and AmitJiTech.com, operated by Amit Kumar Gupta, Founder & CEO of AmitJiTech™, based in Delhi, India.
By purchasing a digital course, service, or product from our websites, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Our goal is to ensure complete transparency and a fair experience for all users.
2. Nature of Our Products and Services
We offer both digital and service-based products, including:
CAD/CAM Engineering & Design Services
Online Training & Digital Courses
Affiliate Tools, Software Bundles, and E-books
Consulting or Custom Industrial Design Services
Because our offerings are digital or customized by nature, they cannot be “returned” like physical goods. Hence, refund eligibility varies based on product type.
3. Refund Eligibility
a. Digital Courses / Online Programs
Once access to a course or training material is granted, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds may be provided only if:
The course could not be accessed due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase.
Refund requests after 48 hours of access will not be accepted.
b. CAD/CAM Services or Custom Projects
Engineering or design services are custom-built for each client; thus, no full refund is possible once the project begins.
If a client cancels before project initiation, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be approved after deducting consultation and resource costs.

c. Digital Product Bundles / Software Tools / E-books
Refunds are not applicable for downloadable or delivered digital items.
In case of a duplicate payment or technical error, a full refund will be issued upon verification.
4. Subscription & Renewal Payments
If any product or course operates on a subscription basis, users must cancel their renewal before the next billing date to avoid automatic charges.
No partial or retroactive refunds will be provided for unused time or early cancellations.
5. Payment Gateway Fees
All payment processing charges (from Cashfree, Razorpay, PayU, or PayPal) are non-refundable, as these are third-party transaction costs.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued excluding such transaction fees.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Delays beyond this period may occur due to bank processing times or gateway policies.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been initiated.
7. Refund Denial Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Change of mind or personal decision after course/service delivery.
Violation of Terms of Service or content-sharing policies.
Attempted misuse, duplication, or unauthorized distribution of digital content.
Delayed refund requests beyond the eligible timeframe.
8. Order Cancellations
a. Before Payment
Users may cancel their order anytime before completing the payment process — no charges apply.
b. After Payment
Cancellations are allowed only before the project or course access is activated. Once access or service delivery starts, cancellation is no longer possible.
